Krista Holt-Shippey is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri.  She has a B.A. in Studio Art and Psychology as well as a Certificate in Art Therapy from Webster University located in Webster Groves, Missouri.  She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Webster in 2005.   

Krista is a professional member of the American Counseling Association and the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists.  She currently has a practice in St. Louis, Missouri.  She has recently expanded to include the local region by joining the Washington Healing Arts Center. 

Krista is mother to a spirited preschooler and enjoys working with adolescents and their families.  She has facilitated Love and Logic workshops and classes for parents since 2005.  Understanding the challenges of raising responsible kids, she enjoys guiding teens and their parents to build better relationships.  Her experience in providing individual and group therapy to adolescents has helped her to recognize the complexities of being young today. 

Krista counsels adult individuals and couples as well, specifically for relationship and intimacy problems.
